About Me

I have always been deeply fascinated by human behavior and psychology. Early in my life, I pursued a career in clinical social work, but soon realized that my values didn’t align with traditional diagnostic models. Rather than following this path, I felt a strong calling to study herbalism and holistic health practices. In 2018 (two years after I became a mother) I opened a brick-and-mortar herb store in downtown Conway, Arkansas. This business became a hub for promoting wellness in the community, offering education and resources for those on their health journeys. The experience I gained as an apothecary and small business owner is invaluable.

While operating the store, I began noticing how suggestion and belief impacted both sales and customers' overall health. It became clear to me the mind-body connection is far more powerful than we often realize. This realization shifted my focus back to human behavior and psychology. It was during this time that I was drawn to hypnotherapy, a practice which enables us to tap into our innate potential and gain profound insights into subconscious patterns and behaviors—and the ability to transform them.

In pursuit of this interest, I enrolled at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and embarked on an 18-month certification program. This training not only deepened my understanding of hypnotherapy but also provided me with the opportunity to explore and address my own subconscious patterns and limitations. In 2025, I made the decision to sell my store in order to fully dedicate myself to a career centered around human behavior and psychology. I believe hypnotherapy offers transformative benefits, unlocking limitless possibilities for growth and self-discovery.
